In the LTP project deploy settings file, under programs, do all programs need to be put in there manually?  Also do all  transactions need to be manually defined within the LTP project?

In the LTP deploy, when you define in the General attributes  that a project is participating in the LTP project, its programs are added to the Programs listing automatically.  (Turning off strict PGMIDERR checking in Programs allows other programs to be found dynamically if the program name matches.)

Transactions must be listed explicitly, from those programs visibly listed in the Programs tab.  Transaction names cannot be inferred from the program.
